About Us

Crabtree Property Management provide a comprehensive residential block property management service to our clients.

Crabtree Property Management was established in 1984. In 2002 four Directors at Crabtree; Terry White, Arti Parmar, Robert Robertson and Mike Babb became owners under a management buy-out. A period of sustained growth has followed including the formation of the Crabtree Property Group in 2008 with the underlying aim of setting the highest standards in the quality of service to our clients by communication, accountability, honesty, reliability and innovation.

Crabtree currently manage over 17,000 individual units spread mainly across London and the South of England. The majority of these properties are residential blocks of flats but we do manage a number of mixed-use developments including retail units, offices and houses.

Crabtree provide tailored residential block management services for each client. We manage a variety of residential properties. From conversions to apartment blocks comprising 1,000+ units, Crabtree has the experience of maintaining all forms of building needs and requirements.

We believe the key to successful residential property management is a high degree of communication and a true sense of partnership between the property management team, on-site staff, contractors, lessees and Directors. Our organisation is based on efficient and effective systems that enable our staff to complete tasks and forward plan for all clients with the minimum of fuss and the narrowest possible margin for error. Crabtree provide an efficient, effective and personal service to all clients.

Crabtree complies with ARMA-Q and RICS regulations as the company strives to enhance our reputation for delivering the highest possible standards in professionalism and overall client care. Crabtree can demonstrate value for money and an emphasis on quality through innovative management practices. 

We have invested heavily in technological advances as we strive to differentiate the Crabtree offering. Our document management system and Online Lessee Portal facilities have been updated to allow Crabtree residents the opportunity to log in at their convenience, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, worldwide access to their account, make online payments, download relevant documents and keep abreast of the latest news. Clients may also sign up for text and email alerts as we strive to provide unrivalled client support and ultra-convenience for our residents.

Crabtree PM Limited were delighted to win the prestigious London Property Management Company of the Year award at the News on the Block award ceremony at Wembley Stadium in December 2016. We were also very pleased to secure ‘Highly Commended’ accolades for the Customer Service and London Property Manager categories.
