Our property managers are either Associates or fully qualified Members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), or training to achieve this qualification. As part of the Fexco Property Services group, we also have professionals across a range of specialisms, including health and safety, surveying, IT and project management.
Our internal Crabtree property manager training programme ensures qualifications can be achieved and refreshed. Crabtree staff enhance their skills through IRPM, ARMA, RICS and AAT associations. One of our team achieved 93% in their IRPM Associate exam - the highest in the country at the time!

Apprenticeship schemes
We offer two-year property management apprenticeships leading to AIRPM status.
In-house training
In addition to a structured programme of in-house training courses in conjunction with iHasco, many members of staff are also mentored by more senior colleagues.
Financial support for further studies
We provide support for members of staff across the business to gain professional qualifications with the IRPM, AAT, CIMA, FCA and CII, among others.
We pay for staff to study for professional H&S qualifications via NEBOSH and IOSH.
